You can sue them for $1000 per call. Leaving a voicemail carries extra penalties. It's $35-50 to file a case in small claims. You people can make money getting spammed. I supplement my income by about $10k/year filing cases a***ns these companies. They *always* settle out of court. Just play along with "Rachel" until you get her to give you the name of the company she's working for.

Similar to the March 2nd comment below, I also received a similar call from the number in question. The voice message was a female voice name “Rachel” indicating that I was approved fro a $250K line-of-credit. Be cautious!

Unsolicited call from “Rachel” about approving a business line of credit and asking to call the caller ID number rather than a specific number. Definitely sketchy.
