The text msg reads:"Dear Austinite, we are a local energy efficieny company offering free energy audits that can lower your utility bills. may we give you a call regarding this?"It looks like this number belongs to a for-hire telemarketing co. that does Mortgage modification and energy co. calls.Shame the companies that hired this co to make illegal Do-Not-Call calls.

Its a mortgage company testing you and asking may they call you about a loan! I don't know how they got my number, but I am so mad!
