Person says they're going to send me a check for $9500 without ever seeing the vehicle I'm selling. Person says I will have to give $300 to a shipping company to ship the item. This is a classic example of the 'overpayment scam', do not sell to them.

Trying to buy a car remotely. Did not ask anything, just want to agree on sending some check and ship the car. Definitely scam. Do not engage.
