same as the other comments. I do run a safety app and the number is yellow flagged. Name does not match registered owner or relatives of. Individual seams to be looking for a female realtor that works by herself. does not disclose information about them selfs and cuts communication as soon as this is requested. MAJOR RED FLAG!!!

First sent a text indicating they wanted to have me sell some of their investment property....I indicated I was not interested. Then they write back asking if I received their last e-mail.

I did not answer the message because it seemed strange to me. I did a Google search for the phone number and it does not appear under the name of any Real Estate Investor or Agent. Totally fraudulent.

I received a text that Michael is an active real estate investor & syndicator looking for a qualified realtor to help liquidate on of his properties. I responded that I am available to discuss the property and determine if I can help and tried to schedule a call with Michael. He replied with happy to set a time for a call but in order to not waste our time he has other questions. How long I have been a realtor & area of expertise. I gave that info and asked about his property single family multi family owned individually or by a group of investors. Michael did not answer my questions about his property but instead wanted to know if I work alone or on a team as well as how I source and prospect my listings. I have not responded to the last two questions as it is not normal for an investor to not want to talk about their investments. I'm not sure what is really going on here but something isn't on the up & up.
