Claimed that they were me, sent my Instagram handle, and then tried to scam my friend in a different country for Lollapalooza tickets.

I got a message from this number and they were pretending to be someone I'm mutuals with on instagram. Thankfully I messaged the person, and asked if it was really them. They were trying to scam me into paying for Coachella tickets.

they texted my friend "hey hey," then 12 hours later said "it's [my display name on instagram]" when asked for further clarification on who they were, they gave my friend my instagram handle. they also heart reacted to a text my friend sent and sent a "HAHHAAHAHA" text responding to my friend. they blocked her when she called them a bot.

They said “so my mom has 4 front row vip meet and greet tickets from her job, I just have to pay 625$ each (not even a third of the ticket actually cost) if you could go or help me find a couple extra people to go with me that will be amazing I just don't want the tickets to go to waste”
