He called saying that a court case was filed for me locally and that they hired someone to serve me over a 3K debt from 2004 that supposedly was charged off in 2012 and they have "10 years" to file. I had no such card at that time.

They said that they had tried to summons me at my home. The initial call was blocked and they said I was being sued and that there was a notice to appear. They gave me a case number. It is not on file locally nor with the LA court system. I left a message. Has to be a scam since there is no case for me and I have not be served.

Recieved a intimidating phone call from a person called Don an he was a processer from 213-340-***9,This is a Los Angeles area code,I dont live in los Angeles ? Anyways..they shouldn't prey on Senior citizens

left a message saying they were going to summons me at work due to a lawsuit that they were representing
