Stated they tried to serve me already. I asked them to verify my address and they said they could not do that. I had to take down a phone number and case number. I had to call within two hours to stop a failure to appear. The government or any legitimate financial ins***ution will NEVER call you. They use mail system ONLY. Process servers do not announce they are going to serve you.

This person called about a fax order. This person said that there name was Jen and they needed to speak to Jamila Williams. Do not call that number just block it.

They left a voicemail. This call is for_____. I will be served September 11 at my place of employment. The caller received a fax to serve me. Any questions, call plaintiff. I don’t even know who the plaintiff is. Did not state a company name or “reason” for being served. No clue what this is about. Call was an unknown number.

Didn't understand it. This guy was a processor about some fact order and so****ing about my employment on Friday, Sept 11. Then stated I've been notified.???? lol

This is definetly a part of a scam. A restricted number called me and told me that I had two hours to call this number about a lawsuit. That I would get a failure to appeal if I didn't respond. I guess courts don't know about the mail anymore or I think I might have received so****ing before this imaginary lawsuit went to court? They are supposedly a law firm that is suing me. I guess it could be collections too, but either way. NOPE.
