She claimed to be from global resources and told me this:"Mike you have $120 gas rewards Mike, Mike does the mail still go to  (such and such) , Mike does the phone number still (such and such) , ......"and so on.She was some kind of minority worker who barley got English words to come together and form a understandable sentence.I Kept saying stop calling me (as these SCAM artists have been doing so about every 30 minutes for the last week).I must of stayed on long enough in this "game" to get her "manager" on the line, who was trying to verify my address phone number and all that stuff a***n.I said in a calm voice :"Don't send me anything, and quit calling me."She claimed she couldn't here me so I repeated myself and ***g up.I should of just said that at the beginning of the call like I normally do once I hear a who can't speak a lick of English.

If this is indeed Wall Street Journal, then they're probably pushing selling their subscription as they are facing the inevitable extinction of printed news due to the internet revolution.
