MichaelJudging from your interesting spelling and failure to adhere to any sort of grammar rule I'm****uming you are either: a) juvenile or b) uneducated.  At either rate, I will treat you with the same respect I treat them.It seems so counter-productive to invoke Godwin's law here but I can't help myself.  Why do you think "they're just doing their job" is an excuse for ignoring people's rights to privacy?  Weren't the ****s "just following orders"?  Allowing people to abdicate decency behind the plea of "hey,man, I'm just doing my job!" is a dangerous line that leads to no good.What I'm really curious about is why you are posting here.  Are you really nothing more than a troll or are you related to the company?  My first guess would have been that you are somehow connected with them.  However, your elementary level application of the rules of grammar makes me think that isn't the case.  However, if you're a troll then how did you end up here?  Were you thinking one day "hey, I'll go post flame bait on a site complaining about ER surveys!"  You see that seems rather random and implausible as well.  Okay, the suspense is building!  Are you a juvenile troll or an ER lackey?

They've been harassing me as well.  For a while I just let it ring.  I finally answered once and they asked to speak with my wife.  I told them she wasn't home and not to call back.  They did a***n but this time ***g when they heard a male voice.  The third time I answered with a cheap female voice.  When they asked to speak with my wife I a***n told them not to call.  On the fourth time my wife was home and asked them not to call.  They informed her they weren't subject to the DNC list.Thanks for the president's phone number.  I just left him a voicemail explaining the situation and asking if he knew who I should speak to or if it would be simpler to get a small claims court ruling a***nst them first.  The law may be on their side as far as the DNC list but not for harassment.

they should respect my right not to answer the survey, and just stop calling. and just so you know. surveys will not save the world.

What has this world come to? These nice well educated people call my house once in a while. Why? Because I do the easy survey and they stop calling! Wow ******s.. Have respect it's their JOB.  What are surveys for? To make this world a better place so next time you complain about the world shut your mouth all of you! Cause you guys are doing NOTHING about it. & setting all your anger on a company calling to conduct a survey is just a another way of saying "I don't have a life." enough said ;)

I sent email to the company's president. I filed complain with "Do not call" registery which I found that those companies are allow to call. I got on the web and found that Off list request. I will be filing complaints to all places I can think of. Also, I will send emails to all political candidate that I will not vote for them if they use this survice - although no one will admit to that.

These **** offs must be stopped!! they call everyday 2 times a day!they are doing it on purpose now. they really have nothing better to do, someone should beat the living s**t out of these ****s

I did a phone survey with Eastern Research Services which was obviously on behalf of Walmart.  They promised me $75 for my time, then sent me $5.  I hope they lose a lot of business by doing that.

They have been harassing me for 2 weeks. Today they blocked their namafter 3 calls so it showed unknown but same tel number came up. I think they were testing me to see if I would answer if their name did not show. They continued to call 4 more times,after that. Total times today--8.

I tried using my call block and the recording says thisnumber is not in their service area.  I guess I will quitpaying for this service, because I am tired of getting phone calls day and night and I am also getting annoying calls from 480-477-0010 andthey are another number I have read complaints about!

Someone called me from 213-363-5160. I told the guy to stop calling me anymoreBut he is calling me continuosly after every 30 minutes. When try to pick up the phone, he simply disconnected. this process repeated for several times. Initially, when the man called for the first time, I told him I was not interested in the matter he was explaining to me and I just **** up the phone without listening to him. I think that caused him to trouble me calling every 30 minutes. When I pick up the phone, he is simply disconnecting it. So these appears to be a kind of unscrupulous activities.

These guys have called at all times, waking up our 2 year old.  I tell them everytime I answer to never call a***n and yet they still call back.  I just filed a complaint with the ftc-I suggest others do the same

These types of companies are legally required to identify themselves on caller ID.  This company masks itself as "Cell Phone CA" on caller ID.  This is obviously an unscrupulous company. If you have call blocking, use it for these s***bags.

I have asked these people not to call a***n and have accesed thier web site to have my num**** removed so we will see what happens.

They called me 2 nights ago at 9:30 pm.  I told them not to call me ever a***n and remove me from whatever calling list they have me on.  They have called me 3 more times since then.

They don't stop calling even when you tell them to stop calling - tonight they called twice! They told me their company is Lynx research. We'll see if they stop. We called their number and told them not to call and they STILL called a***n.

These pests have been calling several times a day for about a week.

- Complaint #1: a gentleman called me and asked me to take a survey at 7:15 on Sa****ay 11/21. I did not want to but went ahead with his questions. His first question was what age group I was in. The second was for me to verify that he had called someone in the correct area in order to make sure they had someone familiar with the new Walmart the survey was about. I provided my zip code, which he repeated incorrectly so I stated it a***n. He repeated it correctly and I said, 'that's correct.' Then he ***g up. All I heard was a faint noise and then silence. I stayed on until the 'If you would like to make a call, please **** up and try a***n.'- Complaint #2: I was fairly upset by this behavior and used *69 to figure out who called so that I could speak with someone in management about the unprofessional nature of their employee. I called 213-363-5160 and got a long message and only two options: press 1 to have my number removed or press 2 to leave a message for their customer service representatives. I pressed 2 and got instructions about leaving a message at the beep and pressing # when done. I then heard a beep immediately followed by, 'Thank you. Good bye' and then call was disconnected. I repeated my call, pressed 2 at the prompt to attempt to leave a message a***n and had the same thing happen.Summary: Unprofessional employee asks me for my time and then ****s up when I did not meet his search criteria. Company obviously does not want to actually hear feedback, as they cut off the only option that would let you communicate with them.

I can't get these people to leave me alone. I quit asking nicely to remove my number from their call list.  I am going to find out what I need to do to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.
