I called this number back and after ***ing through the false accusations that I somehow gave them permission to call me, I got through to Nationwide Insurance. The first rep refered me to his manager who ***g up on me when he realized I was after them for violating the Do Not Call registry. By the way, I sued a company in small claims for $3,000 already (Residential Lending Corp) so I know a lot about how to go after these people. The FCC is very helpful and issued Residential a citation based on many complaints which is very serious.Long story short, I called corporate, got the name of the head of the litigation department and sent that person a letter of intent to sue unless they settle with me for $5,000 for at least 10 violations of the Telecommunications Act of 1991 and the DNC registry. That's $500 for each violation, not just the call to your home. Check it out on the FCC's web site at https://www.donotcall.gov/. Here's the info on Nationwide. If you got a call from Auto Warranty, you can go after Nationwide because they share the number. These guys are really ID thieves.  Do not give them any info, but file a 1088 complaint on line with the FCC.

Same as the above...They all 4-5 times a week and made the mistake of saying*****o this time.  Then nothing but empty air.  We are also on the "Do Not Call List."

I am on a do not call list.  I do not want calls from this number.  How do I get them to stop contacting me?

these guys are famous in a bad way. they made the mistake of calling my cell phone which is actually owed by a very powerful business and im turning it over to  them.

id says "auto loan warranty" which is not anything related to me, my car's payed off. When I answered someone was coughing,... then silence. hmmmmm

I get 40 calls a day from this number on my work phone.  They are a loans processing center.  I have no loan from them nor do I want one.  I am on the Do Not Call list.
