Who Called: Scammer "IRS"

Another robo-caller that left a pre-recorded voicemail message on my cell (Verizon) that it was the Final Notice before the IRS files a lawsuit against me. Told to call this same number, not an 800- or Toll-Free, so not a legitimate caller. This has SCAM written all over it!
