This company says it is not under the no call act but if they make more than one unwanted call for a charity and you report them they are subject to a $16000 fine. Just follow there advice and read the information link they provide. They are a third party not the actual charity or survey group which does not make them exempt after the first unwanted call and they should be reported. They call me several times a week for several months now and since I have reported that I dont want their calls I will report them everytime this number shows up on my ID.

called last night @ 8:35 pm EST no answer no message caller did not respond.

I have had received repeated calls from this number. 1 everyday for the past 6 days.

I have been getting called by them every few days for around a month and no one is ever there when I answer.

I didnt even answer that number. Its been calling me for about a week. Luckily I found this site and clicked on the link to remove my number from thier list. :o)

They seem to be calling on behalf of the University of Florida to do a survey.

Eastern Research Services, LLC may be able to call numbers on the Do not call list, but why would you be calling at 9:45 pm?  And then there is no one on the line?  Some organization is not getting their moneys worth from you!!!!!

they need to stop calling - hope they get a large fine for calling numbers on the do not call list

Called my phone four times in an hour, 12/20. The third time I answered there was a guy at the other end, could barely understand what he was saying so ***g up, about 10 minutes later he called back so I told him off and not to call this number a***n, will see if he tries a***n. Number seems to be coming from California. SILVER STRAND ENTERPRISES, LOS ANGELES, CA???
