My inlaws got 16 calls from Hudson and said my husband had given them as refrences.  The inlaws would'nt give any of our infomation.  I called the number they said their was a lawsuit out a***nst us from a Cash American and I told the guy it is ILLEGAL in the state of Alaska and may be else where for an active duty military member to get a pay day loan the guy studdered and ***g up...I dont think he iwll be harassing my inlaws a***n.

I have been getting calls from Mr.Jack Roberts also for about a month now. At first I thought it to be legit because I have defaulted on a payday loan. However, after doing some research found this website. This gentleman has called my cell phone numerous times as well as my job. My co-workers and I s****ed telling him I no longer worked there and he went on to call us liars and said we were going to into trouble for helping out. He calls from one number but leaves a nother number. When he is silent I can indeed hear people in the back ground speaking. I once even told him I was sick in the hospital and could not speak with him, he then said **** on let me get the attorney for you to talk to. He placed me on hold for a little bit and came back on saying he was someone completely different. I am fixing to just c****e my number as much of a hassle as it is going to be but it seems like that is going to be the only way to get rid of them.

I received several calls today on my cell phone and only PRIVATE showed on the caller ID.  The caller, who spoke minimal English stated that he was from Hudson Law Firm and I owed $300 to Cash Advance for a payday loan taken out in 2008.  After acting completely concerned he flubbed up several times stating that the loan was provided January 2009.  I told him that I needed the physical address for Cash Advance which was the name of the company that supposedly gave me the loan - he refused to give me any information.  I called him out several times on the lies he repeatedly told, but what concerns me the most is that they have my SSN, mailing address and place of employment.  I asked for a valid call back number because I was going to have my ***her in-law who was a law enforcement officer confirm the information and I would gladly send a check right away - knowing full well that I had never taken out a payday loan.  The phone number he gave was 805-793-5584 which is an invalid number and then I got another call and the caller left a callback number of 213-784-2070 and when I tried to call back was immediately taken to a voice mailbox that was full.  *** - how can this happen?

'Jack' said that he worked for Hudson Law Firm but they were not collecting a debt and was not a collection agency therefore could not give out their business address, which I know is BS. I asked for validation of the debt, and he said that the client would be sending it out to me soon. I'm glad I looked them up because I knew so****ing wasn't right when I heard all the other Indian accents in the background of this call center. I am reporting this company, the number and the names to the FBI and FTC and Attorney General, but since it's a scam, I really don't think anyone will catch them.If you have any other ideas of offices where this scam can be reported to, please let me know.

My mother called me today, she sounded concerned.  She said, "what are the last 4 digits of your social security number?"  I said, "Why do you want to know?"  She said, "well... you see, I got this phone call from this guy who ... he made me so upset too... said he was calling because there was a criminal case a***nst you cause you didn't pay your loan that you got in 2008...  But I told him that he needed to read the law a***n, because I know better than anyone, that there's nothin' criminal about not paying your bills on time."I laughed...  and she continued "He said, not criminal then... just legal.  And I got so upset, I said, 'Look... This is my baby you're talkin about, and he's probably the best baby I ever had...  He's a good kid and he wouldn't do anything like this."I'm not a kid anymore... but thanks mom.The man clearly got frustrated and said, "just give me his cell phone number... I will call him."  My mother said, "no, i'll give him your number, and he will call you... he will call you immediately."So my mother gave me the number, and I called.The man gave me the sales pitch and described to me the actions they would take... I said, "that's fine... but first things first.  What is your name sir?"  "My name?" he asked."Yes... what is your name... the name of the person I am speaking with.""my name is ... Jack Roberts"I laughed and said, "your name is NOT Jack Roberts, sir.  What is your actual name... "He laughed too... and ***g up the phone.I called back.  And Kevin so****ing-er-other answered the phone... sounding remarkably like "Jack Roberts" he said, "how may I help you?"  I said, "I was speaking with Mr. Jack Roberts a moment ago.  I would like to speak with Mr. Jack Roberts."  He ***g up the phone.I called my mother, and told her it was a scam.  She said, "OH THAT must makes me SO MAD!  I hate people like that... I'm going to call him a***n"My mother called him a***n, and said, "did my son get a hold of you?"The man said, "I did not speak to your child today."The comedy goes on and on... but suffice to say... this is a scam.

These people called my mother repetedly looking for me. As all others, they claimed I took out a PayDay loan over a year ago which was directly deposited into my checking account.  They also claimed that they had all the bank records to prove it. I was also unable to speak to a supervisor or reach the same person twice.  THANK YOU for having these postings!

Add this number into your lists also for the fake Hudson Law Firm. 213-784-2070. They stated calling me yes****ay about a loan I supposebly took out in May of last year, which was kind of funny since I was deployed with no internet or phone access to Iraq. They give you fake names & when you call back and ask for that person or make up a name that called you they pretend to be that person and name a different loan company almost everytime.

***-they have been harrasing me since May.  AT first I thought maybe it was legit, until I realized that no one had ever called me about owing any money to anyone.  They quit for a while then continued a***n in June and now are doing it a***n to me.  They called work and luckily my daughter answered and tld them I know longer worked there.  I told them yes****ay when they called that I was deceased, and they ***g up, but they called a***n today.  I put a block on the number that they gave me to call back, but am not sure it that will work or not.  In June they called my phone 21 times in 5 minutes.  I refused to answer any blocked calls on my cell phone number.  I wish they would just stop these [email protected]

These people are located in India (hence their Indian accent). Today's technology enables them to call from anywhere around the world using numbers designated to Los Angeles county in California, USA (or whichever area they chose). Please report these calls to your local police department or the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Fraud and ********* group. If you have filled out a loan application online you may be nest (This person or group imploys internet 'phising" sites to acquire your financial information). The group calls your relatives and friends listed on your loan application and threatens them (Ex: If they don't have you call, your relative or friend could be in big legal troulbe or lose their home) to have you call 213-784-4847. Their ****od is to frighten and intimidate to make relatives and friends think you owe money.  They identify themselves as "Officer ****" to make it sound urgent. They call back in rapid fire and use extreme ****** language if you ask them not to call a***n or confront their scam. The caller usually has an Asian accemt with an "all American" name like Sam Smith. Level3 The caller is a commmon criminal and *********. Level3 Communication is the issuer of cell phone number 213-784-4847. Call the police and make a formal complaint, then write Level3 and make a formal written compaint a***nst the number they wish you call back on (Ex: in this case the number is(213-784-4847). Report to FTC and FBI also. Dont' be scamed by these idiots.

Received a message from 213-784-4847, the caller said his name was Rick James, the message sounded like the guy was speaking into a glass of water. The next day they called my employer and left several messages. I called the number and asked for Rick James and was told I would be transfered and instead I was ***g up on. I called back was ended up talking with a Jack Roberts, his english was as good as Rick James. They said I owed x-amount of dollars, I told them I had just recieved a settlement letter from the company they mentioned and the matter was already taken care of, I asked that they not call my employer a***n and they ***g up on me. I called back and asked for a Supervisor and was ***g up on a***n. I called a third time and said "Don't **** up on me a***n, I want to talk to someone in charge" and Rick James replied.."Yes Sir, I will **** up on you just like this" and the line went dead. Since they gave the name of Hudson Lawfirm as the employer, I will call them and see if they have hired an out of country group to handle their calls.

Received the same type call from Jason Berg, but he wasn't looking for me he was looking for my daughter.  Saying that she was going to have 3 litigations filed on her today and that both she and I would be in trouble if no one called back.  Called back at the 213/784-4847 number and it went straight to voice mailbox.  I figured it was some kind of scam that's why I checked it out.

please have them to stop calling my employer. the person that calls name is Jason Berg from these 2 numbers 052986628 and or 2137844847. I do not wish to speak with him nor have this office continue to harass me daily.thank you

I recieved a call they said I owed 1002 to a company i never heard of then they  said I recieved a loan in November 400 I knew that wasnt true the  guy yelled and said we  have it on our records then he said we can  settle  outside of court because i am  being  sued for 4000 dollars. I took his number he said his number was Ray. He called  back and left a  voicemail saying he will  pray for me.... totally creeped me OUT. I called  back it keeps saying  voicemail is FULL. Thank God I  googled this number

i received a call from this so called company and when i asked to speak to his supervisor he told me his suppervisors name was John Hudson and he was out of the office then he ***g up on me. I called back and told him that was unprofessional and i wanted to speak to John he then pretended to put someone else on the phone then that person claimed to be his supervisor i said i wanted to talk to John he then pretended to transfer me to John and what do you know John is there I told him I could not talk now I would call him back at 3 pm he said he would wait for my call.

I just recieved about 15 calls from this number in like 20 minutes.. they don't speak English... then when I told him I need do***entation about the supposed law suit pending ... he said "F*** YOU"!!!!one of the guys name that called was Matt Brown, obviously not his real name because he could NOT speak english... his supervisors name is Ray!!!

claimes to be from Hudson Law Office out of Los Angels, California - checked to phone book, no such company exists in California.  Claims that I owe outstanding debt to Quick Cash Loans and that I'm being sued.  Such a scam, they called me last week from a different number in NY, Ny with the same story.  Same story,  only the names have c****ed.  I have contacted the FTC with their information.
