Hi are you still alive?

Been harassed by these scam people for some years now, claiming i use their anti virus software, now telling me i owe $6,000 for their services. I do not use. Several years ago i called to argue and cancel and was told all was cancelled but it appears they resubscribed me without permission and claim i signed a paper. I did not sign any paper agreeing to use them. I told them i wanted nothing to do with them. They flashed a bunch of pages across computer screen and computer generated signatures. These people need to be found and stopped and jailed.
