I answered since I was expecting a call, and it was probably a recording. Recording said he was from the "customer service department" with no company. Big red flag. Asked if I could hear clearly, which I didn't reply at all to because of the lack of identification. Then the recording said, "ok, great, you've been pre-selected to receive..."
