Yes, I got same experience from a caller 214 200 0000 today. It is mysterious. Obviously, there is scam...I tried to contact there but no response and it was just the beep.

Got a call on my cell phone from 214-200-0000.  Man on the line said he was calling from Flagstaff, Arizona police department (I was expecting a call from them, but this number does not match their area code or phone number).  I told him I was su****ious of this number, so he gave me the police department's number to call back to.  It was a legit call.  He doesn't know why the 214-200-0000 came up.  I'm wondering if this isn't a long distance carrier's number.
