A woman name Susan Starr called and threatened me regarding a small debt owed on which we have been paying. She was an abusive b***h who represented herself as an attorney and said she would be making a decision about filing a suit that day. After the way she treated me on the phone I told her I would not speak with her a***n. She then called abck and left a more polite message saying she was "sure they could find enough****ets to apy the debt". She left the number above as her call-back number. The next day she looked up my husband on the Internet and saw he was listed as the volunteer basketball coach for the YMCA. She told him she would s**** calling the Y and demanding payment if we did not show up at her office (in TEXAS? We live in GA) by the end of the day with money. She then told him she would be calling our neighbors, and friends, and that she was going to send and "asset****esor" to our home to evaluate our****ets. If someoone comes to our home I will be calling the police. I have begun keeping detailed records and will be finiling a complaint with the attorney general's office in Texas.

This phone number belongs to Ranger Financial Services1850 North Greenville Avenue #150 Richardson, TX 7***1. I would, under no cir***stances, give this company any financial information, including an account number for an ACH payment. If this company har***** you, file a complaint. They won't tell you their name if you ask, which is why I felt the need to post it in a public forum. Any company that refuses to divulge their name to someone with whom their business interacts in any manner cannot be trusted.

This is the second round of **** from these people. Last summer they s****ed harassing me to pay this bill from a electrical contractor who I mistakenly hired to do a job. He bid 5000.00 total to include me buying 1200.00 worth of fixtures. At the end of the job after delaying my business in opening by two weeks and him failing the electrical inspection several times and him being over the bid by the light fixtures price of 1200.00, he wanted an extra 2500.00 for the job.I said show me your receipts. He couldn't because it was bull ****. I then, a month later got a final bill for 234.35 which I payed. Two months later these ****s s****ed calling first they tried to say they were private investigators hired by a legal firm obtained by the contractor and said the would pull my professional licenses and call my banker and clients. It is all bull they can not do those things and it is a felony to impersonate a private investigator. So don't let them bully you!!!!!!

Same deal-have recieved 2 calls (so far)from susan starr claiming she is taking legal action my former boss.  So what?  I dont have time to respond to ****** *****s like susan starr.

This company (the caller identified herself as Susan Star) was so unprofessional and abusive that I can't believe they have much success working debts out.While someone in their business must be used to a tough approach, theirs was more of a childish approach.  Their "persuasion" included taunting, sarcasm and deception.  Ms Star identified herself as being in the "legal department" but calls to her number during business hours were answered with a bleary "hello?"  Her antics included bothering families at home and rude and aggressive behavior towards our receptionist.Personal insults were also included.I wonder how much the bottom of the barrel is able to bring in?

This is a highly unprofessional company.  They have called our office on numerous occasions with inappropriate language, obscenities, and a condescending tone of voice.  It is only a credit collector probably operating out of a trailer somewhere.  The woman's name is Susan Starr and she is rancid and threatening.  I do hope someone does so****ing about them.

Man calling from this number called my wife several obscene and derogatory names and threatened to take illegal action a***nst clients of her boss. A woman also calls from this number and while not as vile as the man, is still antagonistic and condescending in her comments.
