They called here and asked for someone by their (unusual) first name.  When told she wasn't here, they said they'd call a***n.  Two seconds later, called a***n and ***g up.Maybe the phone companies are encouraging them to waste our cell phone minutes. grr.

This is about investments, particularly to develop HS internet lines in rural Texas communities. The returns they offered were way above reasonable expected returns. Googlin Tier-One, yielded no results. I'm not certain this is a legitment company, and when I asked if the investment was registered through the Texas Securities Board, they ***g up, so that tell me part of the story. It's a scam

Unknown female called and decimated my last name, I corrected her and she ***g up.

Received a phone call from this phone number. The girl asked for my husband by his first name,said he was busy and ask to take a message. She said it was "personal" and when I asked if she was a telemarketer, she replied that it a***n "personal" and to only speak to him.  These people are saying whatever they can to speak to the person. Shameless.

Received a call from Tier One (214)217-8632 according to my caller ID. Picked it up, and was going to ask them to remove us from their call list.  He asked "Is ******X there?" and called my husband by his first name,*****ouncing it correctly, as if he knew him.  (My husband's first name is unusual & often mispronounced by telemarketers.)  We've been married a long time & I knew we did not know anyone with a company called Tier One.  So I just said "No, I'm sorry."  My husband had gotten off a graveyard shift and was sleeping.  I was NOT going to wake him up for an "unknown sort of caller who was apparently a telemarketer" after my husband had only been sleeping about 2 hours following a graveyard shift.  The telemarketer ***g up & the phone made a very loud squawking sound as if it were a 6-decible scree****g FAX ma****e.  Wish it didn't cost money to buy a gadget that can block numbers or that we didn't have to pay the phone company to directly block their number. I Googled the number & found this site which says it was an "investments opportunities" scammer from the Dallas area.  We live in SE Texas. Wish the government would find a way to tax these telemarketers & ****-up callers, since the "Do not List" program does NOT seem to work.  We had signed up for the "Do not List" program and we got MORE calls after we signed up.

received call from this number. My cell phone is registered on the national do not call list. No VM left. I think it is horrible that companies are getting away with wasting our cell phone minutes even though you took the time to be placed on the do not call list what is the point if they are going to call anyways.

I think this number might be from Zion Oil & Gas, Inc.   I recently asked for an investor prospectus from them and I know that they're out of Dallas,Texas.

THEY CALLED 3 TIMES IN ONE DAY, KEPT ASKING IF I HAD DISPOSABLE INCOME FOR INVESTMENTS, "GROUND LEVEL OPPORTUNITIES THAT I CAN'T AFFORD TO PASS UP" YEAH RIGHT.....HEY LOO**** ITS ELVIS!!!!!!!!

This is an investment scammer from the Dallas area like so many these days seem to be.  Just get yourself on the national-do-not-call-list and file complaints via the 2 step web page every time they and all the other creeps call.BTW, they have called multiple times after being asked not to.

I get a call from these people every day. Each time they ask for a different person. Today they asked if they could speak with John and I said, "No, you can't because this isn't his phone number". I suppose if they keep asking for John eventually they will end up with some sorry a** guy named John on the other end. The chances of them accidentally guessing my first name are pretty slim.

Missed the call (Thank Goodness)... They left no message. So I looked up the number, because I did not recognize Area Code or number, and found this info page. Apparently it a sales line.I am SUPPOSED to be on the "Do Not Call List"... maybe that is why they ***g up so quickly?

I received a call from some smart a** salesman type asking for john - asked to be removed from list - sarcastic and exagerated response that "I would just love to remove you from this list - you have a wonderful day now." When I call the number back - there is no answer.
