Received call from 214-220-3821 on 9-30-15 @13:51 and was a Computer "Robo" Scam call with recording thet they will call back immediately. Consumer listed on TX and fed DO NOT CALL lists. They called back from # 214-220-3857 at 13:52 and computer recorded **** up call. That did non ID themselves in recording, nor any tele # to call to be deleted, etc.. Call teace to carriet AT&T - Southwestern Bell in Dallas, TX. Call trace ID shows up as "Privacy Manager" and then as ""Takeamessage". This scammer violated numerous state and federal statutes. Thus, they fall under theRICO Act. Report ASAP to State Atty Gen, FCC, Polica, and send letter of complaint to AT&T in Dallas, TX, with perhaps a statement for damages.

My attorney sued this collection agency many times for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Caller is National Enterprise Systems from Ohio.

Receiving calls from this number from someone name Derrick Clark, John Peterson, or John Kingston.... Don't know who he is but they also use a number from Jamaica. 876-421-9064

Received a call from this number and privacy manager picked it up.  When I signaled that I wanted to identify this person, a male stated that his name was "Charles Jones"..Tried to call the number back and got a busy..

asking for son but wouldn't give me any details ... several minutes later I s****ed getting several calls all from out of state - bill collectors for my children - - one which was an old hospital bill that Medicaid was suppose to pay for - don't understand why they didn't  - the actual hospital closed down about 7 or 8 years ago

same here, get regular calls from this number that either ****s up on answer or an automated system with the very important message bit, then if you remain on the line it ****s up after a wait. Pity the human that I ever do get to talk to if get them from this number.

Automated message that says "Ben Wallace with an urgent message for" then privacy manager talks. Calls everyday at different times. It has been going on for a week now.

I receive calls from214 220-3821 daily. I decided to put the number in google and now I see this person calls alot of people. I would like to know who they are. I have tried to return this numbers call, but no one answers.sharon

This phone number appears on another web site as well.  According to that site, this "person or people of interest" could be a ***ual harassment preditor(s).  The number is not unlisted, but the persons name is unlisted.  W***ver this is, has a set "pattern".  If they want or wanted you to press a certain number, it could be for any type of information; legal or otherwise.  Either call the phone company or a lawyer to see what the best route is to take on harassing phone calls.  Twice over is s****ing to be harassment.  Keep in mind that if and when you call a wrong number by mistake, let that person know you are sorry; you dialed the wrong number or you were given a wrong number.  Mistakes do happen and certainly honest ones do.  Just make sure you are the "person" in the "right".  Mistaken iden***y is rampant, so we all need to make sure we do our homework and not accuse anyone falsely.   Remember, it could be a totally legitimate call or someone else has "inherited" that number.  They may be calling other people to let them know that they are not the person of interest whom we have complained about.  You just never know.  Keep your own do***entation for future reference.  Being educated is always your best defense; and "no", I am not a lawyer.  I just believe in giving good sound advice.  Using good "common sense" cannot only save your life but it could save someone else life as well.

They keep calling my house and its a recording saying Bob Thompson has "a very important business matter to discuss with you. Please stay on the line"

Caller always **** up when phone is answered. I would like to know why the call is being made to my telephone number if to only **** up.

had a call the last 2 mornings 3-25-08 and 3-26-08 at 8:35 a.m. - message says to press 1 to talk to caller about important business matter

Two calls. One said privacy manager the other Take a message. Picked up and call  had been blocked. From reading the above messages, I'm glad.

Early on a recent morning, while asleep, I received a BLOCKED call from 214-220-3821. When I pressed the PRIVACY MGT. key, a very strange man, making strange sounds, was on the line. I suspect that it is DR. ROBERT BUTLER,Ph.D. a perverted prof. of ******logy at The Univ. of North TX who has a history of ***ual harassment and abuse of his patients and female students. This man is sick and picks his victims who are weak and emotionally needy. Dr. Butler needs to be watched. GUARD YOUR YOUNG DAUGHTERS !
