took survey about visit to doctors office

This is a message service from a doctor's group.  I got 7 calls over the course of 3 days with no voicemail messages.  I finally answered (the long connection time after "hello" is a sign of an auto dialer) and had someone asking me if I could take a survey on a recent visit to a doctor's office.  It really was my doctor, so this is especially annoying that their office is giving out my information...

Got unwanted call. Couldn't really make out what he was saying. Called twice and I answered. I just didn't answered the third time. No fourth time yet. Nor message.

Just got a call.  Readout says, Synergy Solutions, whatever that is.  I said*****o three or four times.  Caller than came on and asked to speak to my wife.  I said no, and why don't you answer after I have said*****o 48 times.

This same Company and # called 3 times last week, each time not leaving a message. They called a***n today and when I answered there was no one on the other end, so I ***g up. Super annoyed.

I also didn't recognize the name Synergy Solutions, nor the 214 number.  And surprise!  They didn't leave a voicemail!

I didn’t recognize Synergy Solutions on my Caller ID, so I let the call go to voice mail.  Only they didn’t leave any message.  Assume it was a telemarketer violating the do-not-call registry.

When I called the number back, I got a recording that I'd been recently contacted to parti****te in a survey about my doctor or medical provider.

No clue who this is...

That constantly call my mothers phone and **** up when answered
