Federal government agents

This is Sunshine credit they are a ride company, very rude! They keep calling me for a T-mobile bill that I paid last year. When I spoke to a representative she pretty much called me a liar because they had no record of me paying anything. I told them when I did speak with them that I already paid it and I would not pay it a***n. So they keep calling and leaving the same voicemail that I need to call them back today it is very important. They won't back off and will not stop the harrasing phone calls they call me from a few different numbers a day. The only peace I get is on the weekends.

Calls and ****s up daily....with no response.

The name of the Company is Sunrise Credit Services. They work for 100's of different companies. They contacted me looking for my mother, who passed away almost 9 months ago. They would not give me any information pertaining to what business matter they were calling in regards to my Mom. They requested I fax over the letter stating I am the executor of the Estate. I asked the name of their company and 2 different representatives refused to tell me. I told them I would not fax over personally identifiable information on my deceased Mother until they told me who they were. Still would not budge. I then finally asked for a Supervisor, Ms. Grant, and she finally told me the name of the Company was Sunrise Credit Services. I asked her why the previous two representatives could not tell me the name of their company. She said it is company policy NOT to give out that information unless a Supervisor is requested. They are a debt collector for many different accounts. The only debt my Mom had left was T-Mobile so they definitely use this disgustingly rude company.Hope this helps.
