I received aphone call around 8 pm . A woman asked me for a lot of information and asked me for $995.00 . I  did not want to give them all the info, and I stopped halfway, but I am concerned because I gave them my social security number. Os it Ok???  Am I in danger???

I get an incoming call from TEXAS = 214/269-0644.The message states that ONE can do a LOAN MODIFICATION without a 3rd party ... yourself ... & get $1,000 back + other things like gas, groceries ... NO FEES !Please Stop This Call

Got a call from 307-215-1002, but the caller gave out the call back number 214-269-0644 and the website info www.mitmaster.com.  I was not able to access that website.  The caller was a young women with an Asian accent asking if I would like to take advantage of an Obama Grant for 2.5% and lower my mortgage payment.  I would have to pay $995 and some c****e to pay for processing, when I said I could not afford that, she offered me the opportunity to pay half that amount.  She gave out her phone number to call her back (214-269-0644) after viewing the website.  I also have my number registered with the Do not Cal for Telemarketers - if doesn't seem to be that affective.  This is so scary.  I tried to get as much info as possible from the caller - but was not very successful.  Everybody be careful of these types of calls that ask for any personal information from you.  Offer to call them back and then check their number on a reverse phone number directory and put in their info and check for Scams.

9:53 PM... it is A***NST THE LAW for companies to call after 9 p.m.  I wonder how they got my phone number. I have NEVER requested information about a loan modification program.  This is very annoying, disturbing and ILLEGAL.
