This number called my home and left a threatening message, like I was a criminal and said to call them but to use civil language, etc!! No explanation of why of who they were.

Some automated recording that I tried to contact them. I've never heard of them

You never deal with collection agencies by email only by US mail. Your information is bought and sold on constant basis I would not pay these c****s a dime of my money and they would have to communicate with me through US mail. The PayDay scam has been around for years. I would advise you Jane Bryant to research your rights and get clear understanding of the Fair Debt Credit Act and the laws these companies are mandated to follow.

i got a call from this office in reguards to a old payday loan i took out ..i was at first skeptical about even speaking to this company,so i req there website and email and everything seemed to match up so i then asked if they could send me so****ing and within the hour i recieved an email from this company with my correct info so they seem pretty legit to me ,i resolved my debt through them and the staff was very friendly ...even worked with my financial situation

This caller is thinking I am a woman named Shirley, I told him I didn't know a Shirley. And that I never have, told him to lose the number and quit wasting my time. That was on 9/25/14, called a***n 9/26/14, threatened me with a LAW SUIT!!
