He asked for the owner by name. When I asked what the call was regarding to, they asked if I was his wife and I said no. He then said that the owner might not want me to know what the call was about. I then told him that if my boss doesn't know what the call was about, that he will not answer. He insisted because it was so****ing that my boss put a lot of money in to.

Asked for the owner by name, said it was Elisabeth with IAG, when i inquired as to what this was in reference to she fumbled the phone and ***g up.

Calls at least 4-5 times a week and has been told not to call back, remove us from your list, etc. and before you can get the sentence out, they **** up. They always ask for [name]owner of the business. When asked who is calling the either **** up or they give a generic name, either John or Jane. In the time it takes to transfer the call, they usually **** up anyway.

THEY DONT SAY THEIR NAME WHEN I ASKED OR WHAT COMPANY. THEY ASK TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND THEY DONT LEAVE INFO FOR A CALL BACK,THEY SAY THEY WILL TRY A***N ANOTHER TIME, IF YOU TRY CALLING THE NUMBER BACK IT SAYS NOT IN SERVICE.
