Caller ID stated only Dallas TX

My mom just got a call from this phone number, however the caller ID was blank and they left no message. She has been half expecting a call that a relative has died and wanted to know who called. Don't call these people back, Mom.

I called this number back & it is from Donor Services.  They solicit funds for different charities.  I seem to get these calls from all over the USA and when you call back you get a long recording and at the end that say they will put you on the do not call list IF you give them the name of the charity you do not want calls from.  This would be great EXCEPT the recording does not tell you which charity is calling.  I've just c****ed their caller id on my phone to Do Not Answer.

Call came from Dallas, TX to Kansas at 13:40 hours CDT on 9-12-10. Call not answered and no message left. Other forums advise that this is *****tel, the huge telemarketer. I might also mention that all the posts on other forums were from Kansas, at least at the presint time.

Does anyone know who calls from this phone number?

called back the persom who answered did not know who would have called and did not know me.
