Leave a CommentWell, it’s 2024 and this letter is still making it rounds. I just got one and it will go straight in the trash.
I got this letter also. So me and a friend went half on the big book about a year ago got a new job making twice the money now just moved it to a new home. Don't know if this had anything to do with it but this last year as been great
Question? Did anyone file bankruptcy before receiving this letter???
He just says, “Hi, this is Scott. Call me back.” It sounds the same every time, so I believe it’s a recording. It calls multiple times every day.
Scam
What to join the secret society BS!
As I said before, I got this several years ago. I mailed it back to them & got a little booklet in the mail. I forget what I read but it didn’t help any to get me any wealth, anything extra in life. Then they wanted money for a larger book. It was over $100 and some dollars & I said forget it. And that was that. But then they kept sending me over & over & over again to buy the larger book. Because they send you the free book & then they want you to invest in the larger book. So go ahead & try it & get the free book. But I’m warning you, once you get the free book they will not leave you alone. They want you to invest in their other book that costs over a hundred & some dollars. It’s like opening Pandora’s box!
PS…….Update to the April 15th, 2022 deadline letter mine was signed by : Sincerely, Scott And on the first page up top it has: For Your Eyes Only 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Just got a 6 page letter “WITH” a page that reads: “Membership Acceptance Form Personal Free-of-Charge Invitation “ with My name under it with a box to check that reads: “I want to benefit monetarily and to be part of this movement. My membership is free since I am a selected member, selected by the secret society. I am ready to live larger than life with abundant wealth and health and to be part of the exciting movement to free other working and retired persons to live with abundant wealth and health… To live the best days of our lives. Please rush me the highly confidential materials to launch me into the wealthy elite class! For free!”””””-then it reads: “Send My free materials to: And My name & address is under there. It then states: “Return this entire page in the enclosed courtesy reply envelope or fax this entire page to: (214) 367-3877” It states a membership number & a manuscript number. It says: “This free membership form must be mailed or faxed on or before Friday, April 15, 2022. After Friday, April 15, 2022 My membership will be blocked and they will open this opportunity to their next soulmate select. Do not hesitate. Send this in NOW.” Obviously I came on the Been Verified immediately to enter the fax number & read everyone’s comments! After I entered the phone number everybody else telling me it’s a spam which I knew it was so I thought I would type in what they sent me to help everybody else out. My information is a bit different from others a bit. I can’t believe this is starting again because I had this about five years ago. It was similar to this & when you ignore it they continue to send it to you over & over again for quite some time. I eventually put on their outside envelope “Return To Sender” & dropped it off in a mailbox away from My area not near My home. But they still continued to send it. Eventually after resending it back to them they finally stopped. Like I said, it’s been years but when I saw the red, white, & blue “STAR STAMP”! I knew it had started again from Thonotosassa, FL 33592 this time!!!! Unforkin Believable!!!!!!
A confidential letter telling me how incredibly brilliant I am and that I have been accepted as a member into their organization. 😂
Got the 12 pg ltr before, at least a year or so. Shredded it that time, this time into the wood stove!
No call or text.
I e
There's an old LA Times article about this from 2014. Basically trying to sell you a book for 135$ once you respond for the "free" info.
Letter from the society free membership invitation. 12 pages of crap. Talking about traits same as television stars, money, sounds just like the psychics that my aunt fell for. Her $180,000 was gone in a few years. This. Was a fax number in the first class 12 page letter from Tom. I have until the 29th
This is the mailing address I got with my letter. Invitation Processing 3490 South 4400 West #70629 West Valley City, UT 84170-0629 If anyone cares to look them up, be my guest! I'm done because I know it's a scam.
Definitely scammers. Got a mailing from these guys. Too bad I can't attach pics of the letter they sent.
Received this lovely invite from, "The Society." You know they couldn't have chosen a better way to advertise this "secret" company to everyone by including a fax #. Now the whole world will know what great scammers they are. Wow. You want to feel special ? Volunteer for services really asking for people's help, not their money. Salvation Army. Goodwill. Red Cross. There ya go. --dw817
We should start a secret society and go after these guys, lol
I received a letter from “Tom” at the Secret Society and immediately searched the number and ended up here. I didn’t receive a return envelope but the letter came in a Foreign Airmail envelope. Can you see me rolling my eyes?
The society My return envelope said Arlington Texas 1301 East Bardin road
Wanted to round up some children for molesting
Secret society of **** suckers
received this mailer from the "Society" whatever that is. Said they knew all about me. Scared me so I thought I would try to find phone # listed on the last page. Sort of figured it was a scam.
The Society.. I knew it was a scam from the start. I went to the last page to see how they was conning the money out of people.. I put in the phone number and ended up here. I am glad to see so many making comments on the BS.. I feel sorry for those in such a need they fall for this mess.. I believe the police should just trace the money, see where it is going and make arrest..
I received the invitation to this secret society yesterday, 6/22/2021. I immediately checked the address which returned ten empty spaces. It's a scam, but since they are using the USPS to send this information may make it a federal offense.
This caller is a scammer
Receive this letter as well. The return address is a post office in Utah.
received this letter 9 yrs ago when I lived in Arkansas said yes back then stupid I know cost me $95 got a giant paperback book and said the next thing needed was going to cost $225. Yes it is a scam I couldn't afford it then still can't.
I saw on the news that The Society ends up wanting $139 for a book. Well in the letter it says they do everything grand style and throw a big bash. Meet the rich and famous. Since they are so rich I dont see why they can't wait for the $139 till the great big party right.
Received this letter with this fax number. Said they know everything about me. They have been watching me for 3 years. If they know everything about me, why would ask for an address correction. They should already have it. This is a free book with all these secrets that will let me rub with all these 3000 people that run the world. I will be one of the 3000
Membership Invitation 12 pages
Invitation to Secret Society.
I just got the same letter - it is 12 pages long, signed by Tom. Shows FAX # 214-367-3877. Said I had to mail or FAX "Invitation Certificate" back by Feb 5th. Address on envelope to mail to them is 3490 South 4400 West #70629, West Valley City, UT 84170-0629 - Bing maps shows a US Post Office at that address. Like some of the other commenters - I wonder where they got my name and address..
Trust in God and the truth shall be revealed!!! ?
Top Secret
This is a total scam. It belongs to a "publishing company" run by a "Mark Hammond" - not his real name. He DOES publish a number of books - which are most likely bought by gullible people who do not realize if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Researching this company on the internet you will find that his "secrets" will only grace your mailbox after you send him some $130 plus dollars. People who have actually bought the book claim not to have profited from it, and a couple described it as "mumbo jumbo". Don't get suckered into this. RUN!
This appears to me to be a load of well-digested horse food. Recommend shredding the letter.
This is not Spam
I Received a 12 page letter To So We’re All Special WOW !!! All These Special People In The World What A Scam !!! RUN FAST !!!
Letter invitation for a free book that will change my life. Secrets revealed in this book.
Fax number to return "invitation" to join secret society. This is an old and (9 years) ploy for preying on vulnerable people that is sent out without identifying information by members of the church of Scientology. Run away very fast.

I Received A Letter To,I Faxed It Back With Check Mark,Will Let You Know What Happens.!

Well, I'm really throned off. Whether this is a scam or not this is very freaking scary. Have me paranoid bc they said they have been watching me for three years. I don't know what to say but...... Illuminati aka secret society.

This was a letter sent to me. Is this really a scam/con? I really want to know because I certainly have no money to spare on stupid ****. They sound convincing or am I just gullible? Please answer any one I need to know. Thanks so much Sidney
ya i got the letter too - bunch of BS -threw it in the trash -this is the third time. in fact I'm going to retrieve it from the trash and contact my lawyer . had enough of this crap
I Received a letter in the mail at my neighbor's address and corrected my address on the fax I sent to them. Although I noticed that inside the letter when they said they know me better than I know myself, it was plain to see that they quoted stuff about me from my zodiac sign, which means that they know my birthday too. In other words, they do not really know me, they only know what my zodiac sign says about me.
its crap crap CRAP....throw it away
Got letter. Am faxing & will tell what happens. 2 of my psychic friends told me for past 4 yrs I'd get this letter Watch for it. Got it. Let u know what does happen

Add another letter to the list here
I recieved the letter today from the secret society, offering me a free booklet to make all my dreams come tru lol=) It is a scam guys dont fall for it=)
Got a letter offering to give me a free booklet from ancient Greece. As an archaeologist, I found it a bit nonsensical and the arguments were inconsistent and repetitive.
Add another secret acceptance letter to the list!
I got it today. I'm pretty sure this is something I did once before after getting stuff like this a bunch of times more. They will send you a little worthless book trying to sell you a big worthless book. I bought the big worthless book and thankfully got my money back minus shipping. The book is super cheap newsprint, very repetitive political views and atheistic views. Some make sense but some sounds so heartless and Godless and low. After you buy one book they want you to buy several more, they even go so far as to say that just by reading it you'll pick up secret messages, like it's magic or something. My guess is that if you were to by all the books they'd give you the right to sell them. Back when I first heard about them they called themselves Neotech and one other name I can't remember, kinda bet they go a new name now. It's a ripoff.
I received such a letter myself. Have you found out anything else about this? Did you send it in?
Unknown number to me.
I got eight pages letter through my mail. It asked me to be a member with out any fee. I think, after I accept their invitation, this people will ask some money. It is a scam. They asked me to fax the membership acceptance by the no. 214-367-3877. Their mailing address is P.O.Box 560627 Dallas, TX 75356-0627.
