It's an automated marketing call/recording for some automated MLM-type of business opportunity where there's a money-making "system" with a $3500 investment. You get no real phone number to call back to speak to an actual person. You can leave a voicemail. The website listed is www.livingfulltime101.com I left a message after the 15+ minute recording to add my number to their DNC list. No idea how they got my number.
