Called me and then left me a voice message with just creepy music playing for like 3 minutes

I use cloaked, so it blocked the call and the transcript for the call and the VM was *****y.

I have spam callers silenced on my settings so it went to voicemail.. but they sent me a creepy voice mail message.. u can hear the guy talking to some girl with a tv in the background she was mumbling her words to him and he was saying how he’s never done that before??

They said I signed up for some insurance and called me nearly 10 times yes****ay. I never signed up for anything
