exactly what angry bird said. eveyrthing. from the company name to the way the loop around works on the telephone. they need to leave a message if they have business with someone. these ppl need to be repremanded for calling cell phone numbers unsolisited! this is rediculous!

I keep getting frequent calls from 214-414-2440 with only 1 ring then it stops. I called the number back and got a ma****e identifying it as the Alex Rowland agency. It then asks if you know your parties extension. if you enter nothing or "0" it tells you to wait for the next available agent, then automatically sends you to a loop saying extension 0000 is not vaild please leave a message at the tone....***?
