I got a call saying I had committed Bank fraud by defaulting on an auto loan back in 1998. They had ALL of my information even my cell phone number which is not in my name. They had ALL of my ***hers information who was on the account with also. They said since he was deceased the debt came to me. I was told that the charges were a Felony since it was over $500 and I would have to appear in court in Minnesota. The details and information was very convinceing. I made arrangements with them to draft the payments out of our bank account. I know I know... I should have checked them out a little better but I could not afford to take a chance. So BIG lesson learned! Now I am out $2000 and find out I still owe this debt!!!!

Got a call from them saying a relative has check/credit card scams. It's very odd that it's a cell phone. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Recieved calls from these dirtbags on my home and cel. Knowing it was BS, I called back several times just to mess with 'em. The last time asking the gal if she knew she was committing a federal offense... a***n, I was ***g up on. I did some research.. the company Global Acquisitions. They claim to be a "litigation" firm. They are in Plano, Tx. Let's all continue to report the worthless POS's and call 'em back on different phones constantly

I received a call from unknown number. This unknown caller left an automated message about my ***her committing check fraud and to call this number 214-504-2986 back. It seemed funny so I came on here to check it out and what do you know someone else is saying its spam but the number was used for voting. very su****ious!! I say don't answer the phone to this number or call them back.

I receive calls from 214-504-2986. National and state Do Not Call registries are a joke. The only way to put a permanent end to scam phone calls is to register to vote and vote all in***bents, federal, state, and local out of office, stop drinking the swill our two party system forces down our throats and elect ordinary people to office. By ordinary I do not mean lawyers, the wealthy, professional business people, people whose only greedy interest is themselves. Once our government is actually in the hands of "We the People" we can put scam artists, telemarketers, and fraudulent debt collectors like 214-504-2986 out of business and in prison where they belong. Twenty years behind bars and daily **** exams from their fellow inmates is the least scammers like 214-504-2986 deserve
