yes unknown caller, after tired of of hearing my phone ringing, A lady on the other end, states its Bank Of America, right off the back "I tell her I am tired of these calls, and if she was calling truly from ANY ANY Bank of America it would be on my on my caller I.D. not a unknown #". . . Then she tells me she is doing a study on behalf of the Bank of America.... (Which  by the way my fellow complainers, "donotcall.gov/DNC  does not consider this call as solicitation nor a telemarketer). And they will keep calling. Unless you answer one call and ask them to take you of what-ever list they have you on..and they WILL have to, the call is being recorded!!! Make sure you get their info..name, city & state, and if possible a employee number they have been given, so if they call you a***n you WILL have what you need to report it to the Bank of America # 1-817-755-2444 or your local city Bank of America closes to your home, and tell them you want off the list NOW. There is only ONE list that Bank Of America uses (old n new customers) then they barter it out for the biggest buyer. YES IT'S A FACT,  THEY SELL THESE LIST AND MAKE BOO-COO  BUCKS OFF OUR MISERY'S!!

Bank of America called me 4 times from this number - 214-506-7160.  2 of these calls left this prerecorded message on my voicemail:"Bank of America calling with a telemarketing offer for Bank of America customers. If you have any questions, please call 1-888-665-9900 Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Thank you. Goodbye." then on the same voicemail an operator comes on the line and asks to speak to me by name.Plus they called me 12 times from 805-309-5546, all voicemail ****-ups, plus 6 Bank of America voicemail ****-ups from 866-822-9401 plus 3 other calls from my local area code: 512-524-7052 and probably others that I'm not sure is Bank of America.****I found that I can visit: https://www4.bankofamerica.com/privacy/Preferences.door call 1-888-341-5000 or visit my local ***nch, to opt out of Bank of America phone, email, and mail marketing. Seems by being a customer you are opted-in by default and they don't make it too easy to find out how to opt out. I tried the web opt-out form and will see if they stop calling.****

I have never done business with BOA and Im on the DNC list, they just called A***N (4th time) at 8:57 pm THANKS BOA for waking up the babies!!

I have the same issue.  Multiple calls from this and other numbers.  Never a message.  Evidently Bank of America partners with several business who use their customer list for telemarketing many types of insurance and other financial garbage.

Company has called for weeks, multiple times during the day, nevers leaves a message.Loophole in National DNC registry excludes companies "you have done business with", by selling/marketing insurance under the guise of BoA they can legally skirt the rules, thanks for being shady BoA, you guys rock.  The actual company is out of Ohio I think, I talked to the rep for a little bit.

Put your phone number on the National Do Not Call list.They can be fined after 31 days for calling you.I'm going to complain now to them for this number calling.

Another call daily...sometimes twice and 3 times daily........Bank of America ****s!

This number keeps calling my home and ****ing up

I just got a call from this number - yes****ay it was a different BOA number wanting sell appliance protection...grrr

I just got a call also my caller ID said Bank of America, when I answered they ***g up on me.

Second call from this number on my caller ID, no messages and I don't know anyone from TX. Just curious.
