i have been dealing with this for over a year he says its payday loan i never paid back and that he was from legal justice department that he was gonna arrest me at work yada yada yada but funny thing is his name was shawn miller very thick ****stanian accent he wont tell me the name of this company and calls me 10 times a day now calling me at work i did have one loan over internet  but i paid that back talked to county attorney and lawyer they have to tell u or send so****ing in writing cant just call and say were coming to get u this is a scam last time they called i let them run through their s***ch just to hear what they had to say wanted to offer settlement and my debit card no way! but this is a scam dont know what to do this is annoying

I have been getting calls from these ****s as well. It is a scam. They have physical threatened me, told me they wanted me and love me. Really sick people. I called my local people and was told to report it to the State Attorney Generals Office and the FBI, so I did. But was told by the authorities that they have a really had time getting ahead of them. These ****s are not in this country (probably India) and c****e the phone number consistently. They call my home, work, and family. This ******s need to be stop and put in jail.

Same number but different name Sam Matthews is being used.Says he is an attorney sounds like he is from middle east.

Just called me and I have had a similar problem with another number, same thing. It's f'ing ridiculous.No Loan company will pay it for you and then take you to court

I have been recieving calls at work and home stating same things u guys listed. I can't understand him well at all, gives no info just he'll have me arrested yada yada yada. most places also leave a 800 number not long distance. Enough people report m-be they'll stop. anyone know who they are or how to get them to stop?

I am also receiving calls from this number. Except he is calling me at work! He is making threats saying he is going to send the police if I do not call him back?? Its obviously some type of hoax, but its also annoying! Plus a little imbarrassing to receive calls like this at work! I am going to report the guy.

Hi.  I've received 3 calls/voicemails from this number on my cell phone in the past 2 days.  I haven't seen if it shows up that way on my caller ID, but this is the number the guy left in the message to return the call.  He has a very strong middle eastern/indian accent.  He says he trying to contact a friend of mine, who he says has been listed as a primary suspect for a loan he supposedly took out and never paid back.  He then goes on to say that my friend listed me as a reference.  He says his name is David McCoy(probably fake) from the Bureau of Justice Real Estate(Probably also fake)? (May not be exactly right, it was really hard to understand what he was saying.)  He ends the message asking me to call back the number he provided.  The funny thing is that when I pressed 5 on my cell to verify the number, it says the call is coming from 0000.  Why would it say that, really?  I didn't call back the number.  He left a 2nd message just like this the same day.The next day(today 9-23-2010), when I turned my phone on after leaving work, I had yet a 3rd voicemail from this guy.  This time he's threatening me, saying that I'm trying to run and that I'm being observed because I haven't called back.  He also said that I could be arrested and go to jail!  Seriously! ****Anyway, I'm gonna report this number to the government.
