Then said he was with FMCSA then I told him I called DOT and they said he was a scammer and he ***g up on me. Can this number be banned from using?

When I called the number from a different phone the voice mail said it was Matt with DOT and wanted me to leave my number name and DOT#.

Text me and when I called the number it was a voicemail he was with dot and that I was to leave my DOT # name and phone number and he woudl call back
