Rick Williams told me in aug 2010 that I had a payday loan from 2007. I just talked to him on 3/4/11 and now all of a sudden its a bad check. He called my 80 yr old grandmother and told her she needed to pay the debt or he would issue a warrant for my arrest.  He also ***g up on me when I mentioned the police getting involved. What a loser.

Rick Williams has repeatedly called my desk phone at work looking for a former employee with a recording stating that he is trying to collect on a bad check.  I have told him reapeatedly in the past that she is no longer employed with the agency and to stop calling. He has also harrassed me after I ***g up on him and would repeatedly call me and yell at me on the phone. Today I called the number and the same guy answered and he sounded as if he didnt know who I was talking about, and then said oh, I already spoke with Ms. Smith. What an A**.

IM THE BOO*** MAN! HAHAHA  PAY YOUR **** BILL!!!

Same guy but his name was Rick Perez.

Called that company back advised that I didnt know who they were or why they were calling me. I callrd the Rick Williams .. no answer .. didnt like his tone so I advised dont call me a***n and to place me on their do not call list. I then called the operator and asked her to speak to someone immediately to be placed on their do not call list - she advised that she couldnt do it - i requested to speak to someone... she trans me to another voice mail i left the same request to be placed on the dont not call list.... still frustrated i called back to the operator .. think at least she can do is take a message... now they **** up on me!

I just had a call from the same number on my cell phone. I didn't answer it as I was unfamiliar with the number, as I listened to yhe voice message he left, he said his name is Rick Williams and he works in the mediation dept. Didn't say where or for who, said it *** imperative he speak with me today when it's 8:45pm, and to have myself call him. He didn't say what this is in reference to and I am NOT calling him back.

What do you do when he wont stop calling you. Month after month!!!

This ****off calls my apartment complex today asking for me. About a copay from a doctor's office I paid in cash 3 years ago. I think he called because I disputed it on my credit report the other day. It is Rick Williams - Southwest Recovery.

ok glad I found this board.This "rick" is famous huh? well he leaves general "call me about this loan voice mails" so the # showed up this time and I called just to ask who he was and say he had the wrong #..and he tells me "YOU know Mike" don't lie! LOL ok w***ver that is! ****..if ur gunna harass ppl get the right name! and I kept calling him and harassing him back..which was quite fun! He pretended to be calling the police in the background LOL too funny.

i just received the same phone call on my parents answerng ma****e.  god helps these scammers. it is ridicuoulous.

Some called Rich Williams from South West Recovery called me and left me a voice mail stating that I owe some money and it will go today (August 31, 2010) on my credit report unless I call him to resolve the issue, he left the phone number 214-628-8525...  I live in Ca***a...  I have no idea what this is about, I was going to call today but after seeing all these messages...  I won't bother calling him...

My best friend had a call from a Rick Williams at this number saying that I had written a bad check and that I owed him money.  What a frigen scam.

Rick Williams left a message today "regarding a bad check."  He threatened to have me arrested and so on....  I have researched this person and the affiliated numbers to that person and company (whatever the company's name REALLY is).  They were at first harassing me on my cell phone to which I gave them my HOME number and requested all calls stop and be taken on the land line.  I eventually had to use an arena horn in the phone to get them to stop.  Really unscrupulous business and staff.RICK WILLIAMS214-628-8525 (return call number)866-558-3328 (one of MANY caller ID numbers)

they have also called me a man name rick williams also name joe williamsi left him a message stating i need do***ent of a 4 yr old loan that i paid offhe sound shakey and a ripoff person  i am not giving him anything please tell everyone not to giveanything ........

someone named rick williams just called me about a paydaay loan he says from 2006 or 2007 i feel he shld have been able to give me a date of when it happen, nevertheless when i told him i didnt take out any payday loans he ***g up on me

I sent the following email to cashnet.com:( My email) A friend of mine received a phone call from a company called :http://www.swrecovery.com/index.aspThis company told him that he has a debt for about 1000$ from you ( cashnet.com) and that swrecovery.com has the "contract" to recover this amount. I would like to know if you do business with this company and if they really do have this contract.My friend does not recall ever s***king to you, and it seems you a payment processor and not a small loan " supplier". Gentleman called me at work and claimed I owed $1328 to Cashnet.com for a bad check and he would take a settlement of $750.  I requested paperwork regarding this and he stated that I had to give them my credit card information first.  I placed him on hold and called an attorney friend of mine and he told me that is was a scam and to not speak with this company a***n.
