Claims to be from the Department of Labor

Caller-id said "US GOVT" and the person on the other line claimed she had official government documents to send to the payroll manager. She said the documents were specific to us but it sounded like generic information. I gave a fake name after refusing 3 times and she kept insisting and then she asked for a direct phone number. When I refused this time she just said ok and thank you and hung up.
