Man left message saying he was a compliance officer trying to serve legal do***ents due to a pending complaint. Said to call back or legal proceedings will continue. Total SCAM! I have no legal issues or complaints!

****ne calling from Arlington with the process dispatch department. She was attempting to serve an employee a court ordered summons. She was calling ahead of time to see if there was a policy or procedure to do this without disrupting the business. Sounded like she was reading from a script - left case number and phone number and then ended the call by saying employee you have been notified.

Said that I was forwarded to admin dept and being transferred to dispatch. Didn't ask for anyone name. Didn't identify themselves. Extremely rude.

They called my daughter claiming to be looking for me to deliver court do***ents. I was called the same day with the same message from a different number. We called the number with the given case reference number. It was a total scam. They claimed a had an old debt from 1994-2003 and said I needed to pay $3700 to clear it up. The voicemail sounds scary, but it's bs.

Left me a VM claiming they were sending "legal do***ents" to me and that I had been "notified." Trying to make it sound like a process server. Scam. Probably some old debt you have and they're trying to scare you into calling them back. Frauds. Call them and make them feel bad about themselves.
