He claimed to be an Account manager for loandepot and was able to help lower my mortgage and get caught up with the payments. He asked me to call him from Walmart and he would send me a barcode to load money on to pay my bill

Someone claiming to be from Shellpoint Mortgage called me from this number. Telling me they'd be happy to give me****istance with my mortgage. Didn't know my husband's name who is on the mortgage didn't have any information that belong to me when I asked him to tell me how much my mortgage payment was he spouted it off a number that was at least three times my mortgage payment. Be careful if you get a call from this number.
