***g up when answered phone. Caller ID identifies the number as "Circulation III".

I looked up the company online it is CirculationIII. the number that keeps calling everyone is a fax number. To make it stop call 214-352-1123 and just let them know their fax is calling you. The guy was very nice and he made it stop!! :)

Caller at 214-956-0872 keeps calling and ****ing up when you answer the phone. If you try to call back all you get is a busy tone. They are annoying us at a business phone number. There are some sick people out there

Keeps calling and no answer when I pick up.

I have received numerous calls from this number, currently receiving 2 per day. I once answered and asked to be put on the don't call list, yet they have begun a***n.

this number calls several times daily. when i answer it there is silence. i now ignore the number.

They have been calling me at numerous times during the day for about a month now. I've always ignored the call but finally decided to answer and got an offer for the San Francisco Chronicle paper. I said no to the offer and asked to be off of their list. The calls have not ceased!..I am on the DO NOT CALL list and have been for about 2 months. Answered a***n today and cut the lady off before she gave me her schpiel and she ***g up on me. I am fed up!!...Another thing..They are in Dallas..Selling me the SF Chronicle?!

Called 30 times in last month

I finally answered after getting a few calls each day. It was a man calling from my local newspaper asking if I received some coupons or so****ing. Thing is I canceled my newspaper delivery a couple weeks ago.

Multiple calls per day when answered their end ****s up.

Oh how do I get this stopped, same complaint as others listed.

Continually calls - when I pick up, no one responds. I have tried to call number back with no success. Who is this and what can I do?

8 calls in 2 days. No one answers when you say*****o. No message is left if you let it go to voice mail. No one answers when you try returning the call. It has become more than irritating.

This number has been calling me the past few weeks and when you answer the phone they **** up and when you try calling them back the phone # has a busy signal all the time and its irriating and they both me at work as well and late at night and early in the morning waking me up and I have to go to work

A company out of Dallas, TX. that does not comply with the National Do Not Call List. Circulation III. He said, I would recieve a free copy of the: TIMES, next Sunday. I said, NO! and ***g up the phone.

On 4/28/2010 09:50 A.M. Caller I.D. 1-214-956-0872 name: Circulation III. I have recieved more than 6 calls from this number at different times in the month of April. Not one message is left on the answering ma****e. My number is listed on the National Do Not Call List.

This is really p***ing me off. They call and **** up EVERY DAY!!! No messages and when I call them no one answers, but they call all hours of the day and it is annoying.

consider this a complaint... I have no idea who this person or number is but they call and leave no message.

I REPORTED IT TO THE FCC THIS MORNING. APRIL 12 2010. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL DO SO****ING ABOUT THIS. ITS GREAT THAT THERE IS A BLOG ABOUT THIS. IT FEELS NICE TO KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE.P.s. When I answered with my company name, the woman said wrong number and ***g up. In background i heard people talking sounded like they were trying to sell so****ing.

They've called me four times this week and ***g up when I answer...

Tired to receiving up to 5 calls per day from this number, I reported to the FCC but still calls, any idea on what else to do.

Most likely they get your info when you subscribe to a newspaper or such - s****ed getting these calls the same day I signed up to receive out local paper. I am calling the newspaper (their customer) to complain - I would suggest everyone do the same. If enough of us do this, perhaps we can drive them out of business.

Called a number I do not share just after 0830. No messege left.

They have called the last 4 days; in the morning.  When I called back in the afternoon it was busy.  I called at 0700 in the morning and it just rang and rang; no answering ma****e or voice mail.  Obviously they're not too legit if they can't even afford voicemail.

Ihave been getting calls from this number every morning I haven't answered because I don't know the number. However, today I picked up and no one answer.  I don't give my number out to anyone and I am on the do not call list.  What can be done about this?

Spammer! Do NOT respond to this caller, report this number as many times as it takes!
