I believe that this number belongs to someone who is trying to scam people into giving them access to their bank account. They said that his name is Harry Cobb. He says that he has $800, 000 in some company in West Africa that he needs to transfer because the company is shutting down. He says that he is in the Army on a peace keeping mission and can't go to get it. He claims that he has no one else that he trusts to keep his life savings until he retires from the Army in April. He claims that he could give 10% of the money to you either now or when he gets home.
