well that guy mark is the worst one they have an office off of 75 in dallas ... everything that happened to you has happened to me as well.... word for word...

they have done the same thing to me... a Guy by the name of Mark called and threatened and stating that i was a thief and that if my balance was not paid he would come and arrest me.. he has called my family members and friends with a horrible at***ude as well... i tried to set up payment arangements and he stated he couldnt do that, so i told him that i had contacted an attorney and that they stated if they did not set up payments i could sue them so he agreed to payments.. then i lost my job and now i am unable to make a payment for 2 weeks and he got upset and said i was a liar and that i just dont want to pay anymore and said he would have me arrested and ***g up. there is got to be so****ing that can be done about this company... where can we report them?

I experienced the same rudeness from a fellow that goes by the name Joe Rodgers which I’m sure is as false as the threats coming out of his mouth.  He was very very rude and their clients need to know that this is only going to end up in a counter suit. I didn’t even know what he was calling for and was trying to get more information when he went completely off. I asked for do***entation to be faxed to me and he said I could see it in court and ***g up. Now I want to see it in court because I still have no idea what this call was about. March 17,2011214-987-6988I receive a called from Joe Rodgers saying that I sound like a nice lady and he have some important info. Someone has filed criminal and theft charges and I need to call 214-987-1288 and gave me a case number. So I didn't know what the call was about Joe Rodgers wouldn't give me a address to get back to him in writing or phone to him. He replied that he's in a lobby and once he ****s up that I will never reach him or talk to him a***n. So I call this number 214-987-1288 and some rude guy answered and said whats your name what is the case # why I haven't paid this bill its been 3 years and you need to pay or these criminal and theft charges will filed a***nst you. I asked who is he he Said Glen Stevens mam you need to pay. So I said what is the bill for and how much it was. He said $852.00 and plus a fee $60.00. I told him that I dont have that money and I need to call those people that say I owe them. Glen Stevens said mam they don't wanna talk to you you had 3 years to take care of this you don't pay they will be there to pick you up. He asked where I worked what kind of place it was. He s****ed demanding for my address and money. So I tried reasoning saying ok I will pay $350.00 he said no they wouldn't take it how about $400.00 I said I really don't have the money being single it hard for me. So he said $400 and this will all go away and we will drop the charges. So I asked who are they he said Client Services. Also they use the name Marshall Elliott so they all sound alike to me. He said my bill will be $915 or $916 so I said why don't know how much. So I said I will call him back he said mam you can pay the bill with cash or money order and I said how bout debt he said no. We can't take debit it can only be cash or money order that he will have someone come by on a yellow motorcycle and I will sign the processing papers and it will be over. I told him ***ody will be coming to my house I don't even know who you are. Debt collectors don't come to the house and I say we can meet where these people say I owe them. He said no he don't wanna cause on confussion and I replied it already confussion. So I told him that I will call bk he s****ed threating me saying he pressing charges so I ***g up. Glen Steven, Mark, Joe Rodgers keep calling my phone everyday and my friend answered and they s****ing saying put ros on the phone Jr. she has Jr answering her phone that the constable came over friday to serve me papers. My friend been here all day so they were lying and thats what he stated to them that it was false info. They continued to call my phone everyday and some man by the name of Mark called and left a message saying call back by noon and he will pull back the charges. He said that I had problems with one of his workers and he wants me to call bk and just talk to him only. I nevered called and I haven't gotten anymore calls. Anyone know who these guys r cause I will like to know. I called Credit Services and they stated they don't have anybody by those names and they don't have any locations in the DFW area.

Maybe if they actually sent out my bill..maybe i would pay it.

I received a vile, threatening message today from Glen Stevens at 214-987-1288.  He threatened to have us arrested, said warrants were being sent out, he was aggressive and mean.  I had no idea who this man was or what he was talking about.  I looked up the number and saw all these complaints that list Next Century Dental.  Multiple years ago my children had ***ces through them so I called.  The accounts had long since been paid off, actually paid of early, so I was baffled.  Upon contacting them they said this is their collection agency and they have tried to contact me.  I have had no contact.  They said they have left messages, but they did so at numbers that haven't been mine in multiple years.  Amazingly the amount they say I owe, they also say they see as an adjustment rate on the bill and could not explain this to me.  I told them I was not to be contacted by Glen Stevens a***n and how I was treated.  At that point they became nasty and basically said too bad.  I used to recommend them to co-workers.  I stopped when one of the dentists was brought up on ***ual charges that dealt with young female patients.  You would think with the reputation they already have thanks to this man, they would be more careful about how the deal with and treat either former or current patients. Hiring this type of man to represent them makes a real statement.  Now instead of just not recommending them, I will share my poor experience with others looking for new orthodontists.

THE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO ME! I just got my first past due bill with them last week and meant to call them about it. My insurance was suposed to cover all expenses, and they never sent me a bill. I am so upset. I will never do business with them a***n. My past due amount was less then $100.

This also has happened to me and it is a tack to scare people.  Joe Rogers with the so called company by the name of Credit Services  informing me that if I did not return his call by 2:30 that I would be going to jail for a year and a half for a debt that was bogus, boy what a crock.

I too got "Joe Rogers" threatening phone call(s).  He s****ed with, "Our attorneys filed a law suit a***nst you today ________".  "But, what I'm more concerned about is the criminal charges they have a***nst you.  I hope you hadn't been picked up yet because it's a year to a year and a half in jail."  He would hate to see that happen to me.  I had two hours to call or I would be "picked up".  Seven hours later, I will be picked up in the morning by 9:00 in the morning.    Also, google this number.  "Joe", "Roy", "***d Porter", "David Kline", "Marshall Elliot", "Roy Jay Bond", "Charles Armstrong", "Joe Rodgers", "Glen Davis",  hasn't heard about the internet.  Check out http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-214-750-0399.  There also have been police reports filed a***nst this/these individual(s) in Irving Police, Garland, Fort Worth.  They also use the number 1-800-750-0399.  [email protected] is an attorney also collecting information on this individual, as is Marvin Champlin, attorney working on this.  Marvin's number is 817-348-0503.  Some one also has filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and PUC.  Save all voice mails, report to the local police and you may want to contact your attorney or both following this case.  This individual uses "case #'s", false police badge numbers, the "constable" and "marshall" both have the same voice.  I have received two calls today.  The calls seem to be from previous Next Century Dental files/customers.  We stopped going there because one of the dentist working there is a child predator and has a record.

they have been calling me too.  i am going to call the dentist directly this morning.  a message was left from this number from "glen stevens in  the litigation dept."  this is crazy, we have been going there for 5 years!  my hubby went last month and my kids the month before that and they have never told us we have a balance.  one problem i have had in the past with them is that i use a fsa account and must have a breakdown.  most time they tell us what the insurance will pay and then i pay the balance.  then a month later i will just get a "statement" saying i owe more.  it is like pulling teeth to get a breakdown of the additional costs (usually it will be the diff. between a resin filling instead of a metal filling).

This number is a scam. He uses the names Glen Stevens and Joe Rogers. He threatens arrest, he rude, calls names, tries to scare. Report this!  You will not be arrested. Do not pay him. He tried to get more out of me. I called the original Creditor, a dentist, and paid directly. Use the words, "Do not call this number a***n and all phone calls are being recorded for my protection." It is a***nst the law for a 3rd party creditor to call your number a***n after you tell them not to.

The same thing  happened to me. I called next century dental and they said that they did hire him. I explained that this affects the way I speak about their business.  I guess the tactic worked but I sure don't appreciate it. Wow, if I had known that I had owed it, I would have paid it. I like one if the dentists there and have referred him 3 times but I won't anymore. I hope that 137.20 was worth the lost business and the negative at***ude they have created.

Mr Steven stated they are the crediter for Next Centry Dental and that he will have my husband arrest today on the spot if the balance 365 is not paid in full today. Into scaring and threaden my husband, Mr Steven suggested that he will have a carrier to pick up the balance at 1pm and for him have it ready the money ready then my husband agreed upon his rude and inappropriate suggustions and called me asap after he ***g up with "Mr Glen Steven" to informed me. I then call the credit myself and discovered how rude they were. The guy claim to be called " Glen Steven" ask who I am and if I pay the bills. I stated I do and I wanted to know that the bal was, he refused to tell me instead said, "didn't my husband tell me"?. I implied that I refused to pay  my balance since the law suit a***nst the Next Centry dental and when my 23 yrs old son who encountered an inappropriate visit inf July 2009. He stated he didn't care and that shouldn't give me any excuses not to pay the bal. and asked if I was going to cooprated or do I want him to write up court report to show up in court only. I replied that I am cooprating that I will stop by the place after work on my way home to pay the bal...he refused and said it needs to be pay now. I questioned him and asked is it because he wanted his commision fee. He conintiue his roden at***ude and said he will drop the bal to 300 instead of 365 if I pay now. I ***g up and called the office and was told my pay off bal is 291.60 I asked for their address 4 different times that same day, and all those times they refused to give me their address. I look them up by the phone # and it appears to be a land line only. I be***ning to think to myself if the owner Dr. Bonola at Next Century Dental and this collection agency are related some how.
