I missed the call then went to answer, so I redialed, number is out of order! Yes it's spam.
This number is identified on another site to definitely be spam. (I usually search at both sites.One of the sites usually has more info on the number than the other.) Go to Whitepages.com, click on phone above the search box, and then enter the number.

Not the first time I have had a call from this number. Said could lower my rates on my credit card but I need to contact them now. I don't use this number with any of the cards I have, so how do they get the number. Watch out, THIS SMELLS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.
