Got a call from a friendly sounding guy named Mike Masters.  I looked up the number & it's United Revenue Collection in Bensalem, PA

If you receive any call from Michael Masters,please please please don't bother calling him back. He will only trouble you for collection of an amount which you may not be even due to pay!! He is a spammer...BIG TIME SPAMMER AND RUDE AND NOT A MAN

Micheal Masters called from this number and he was very rude.  When I advised him the person he was looking for did not live here he began asking me personal questions and said he didn't believe me... which really doesn't matter to me but his at***ude was upsetting.

the call was from "United Revenue Collection Service" who were looking for the previous number owner.
