A middle eastern man has been calling me for months telling me that there is  lawsuit with my 4 digit social in it.  He is now call me from 90-700-084-3376 number and leaving me these messages.

For weeks I have been receiving calls from the same man with a thick Middle Eastern accent obviously following a script that he has trouble reading in English. This time he calls himself "Jason Hyde". The last dozen times it was "John Gilmore". Says there is a legal case a***nst me, my personal information has been lifted, cited the 4 digits of my social (yeah, he lifted the information), and cited a legal case number. Says he wants to help me out of my situation. What a crock. EVERYBODY FILE A COMPLAINT WITH PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. THAT'S WHAT I DID. HERE IS AN ADDRESS FOR THESE CROOKS:  Internet Crime Investigations, 372 N. 16th Street, Philadelphia PA 19102. Be sure to put this address on the complaint. I will file another complaint with the PA Attorney General's office.

oh and i have also be receiving calls from a JESSICA TAYLOR, AND ALL OF HER OTHER SCAMMER FRIENDS FROM UNITED LEGAL SERVICES, LEGAL DEPT, TO NAME JUST A FEW.

A man called said hi sname was DAVID JOHNSON from INTERNET CRIME INTERVENTION, he stated that i had better  call him back because he had all my information and all my personal info, he said do not ignore the message if i did that he would have his law come to my work or my home and have me drug to the courthouse and then if i didnt return the call he wished me luck as this situation unfold on me  *** is these peoples problems do they have nothing else better to do than HARRASS US CITIZENS  **** i am so tired of it i have reported this and the other 20 calls i get througout the day. I am sick of them. anyone else experiencing this ****?  If so you can report it to us secret service.

This person cannot give possitive information.

I recieved a call from this number twice in five minutes and everyday for a week from a man with a middle-easter accent, leaving the exact same message every time.  I did not take the call since I did not recognize the number.  The man's message was very demanding that I needed to call him back right away in regards to a very serious legal matter.  I contacted the FBI in regards to the call and they do have a complaint division of the FBI that handles calls of this nature @ ic3.gov.  This is an international money scam and is considered internet/white colar crime due to them attempting to get money from you.  I would urge people to contact their local FBI office or make a complaint on the ic3.gov website and not to just ignor these people.

I have been recieving the same calls for about 2 weeks now. They leave the same exact message each time they call. Caller I.D. says 215-249-6007 or 0000 or a couple of different numbers that I did not do***ent. I did call back and leave a message to let me know what debt they are referring to, but they have not. Then I found all kinds of information about their scam on th internet and filed a complaint with ic3. They have called me a total of 6 times today...Hope they get tired soon.

I received the same call as noted by LouKy.  Middle Eastern accent and his name was "Eric Jones" - yeah right!  I'm not returning the call.  Bunch of threats which I'm sure are illegal.

Called this number back 215-249-6007 got a voice mail, so I left a message telling them that if this was real they can call my local FBI (and gave them the number) and have them call me, hopefully that will stop them from calling me back.

Thank for this info. I got exactly the same thing today asking for a relative by name. Same +0000 caller ID and the guy was Indian sounding by the name of Alex Steward with ICI. He wanted to talk to my relative about a legal case #N121126384 and to call back 215-249-6007. I'm going to figure out how to report this and watch my cell bill very carefully.

Received 3 calls at work the last 2 days. Caller ID: 0000. Thick Mideast or Indian-accent man identified himself as "John Gilmore" and said (with trouble following his script): "The very second you get this message I want you to call me up right now. This is John Gilmore and I am trying to reach you since last couple of days in regards to a lawsuit filed up a***nst you. But before we can move ahead wiith any kind of legal investigation, and before this matter for you ends up in a big legal mess, do call me up right now because it is a really time-senstive issue that we need to discuss about. A***n, this is John Gilmore with ICI Internet Crime Investigation and the number to my desk is 215-249-6007, a***n I repeat 215-249-6007. I hope you call me up right now because if you do there might be a way we could have you out of this matter.  Miss this call, then God only can help you. Good luck, goodbye and God bless you." What a crock!! Area code 215 is Philadelphia. I will make a complaint with the local police and FBI field office in PA. These crooks need to go to jail!!!

i kept getting a call from an unknown number and i wouldn't answer. then they kept calling so i finally answered and it was a foreign guy said he was calling because i was getting sued from them. he then constantly tried to get me to gove my personal information so i ***g up. he then called my company phone and said he was going to turn me in to the shieriff. i then got the same call the very next day from the same person from 215-249-6007 and he was trying to get me to tell him what kind of car i drive,etc.

Received two calls from this number today. I reported it to the state police office so hopefully that will help.... These guys are ridiculous! They don't even*****ounce my name correctly so next time they call I'm really going to confuse them and give them a bunch of crazy info.... time for paybac****

This call came in as 0000. they said it was internet crime..accented middle eastern. They said to call back at 2152496007. Do not call this number back.

This number called my daughter's cell three times....of course she will not answer it becasue she has no idea who it is and she is a minor....Very harrassing.

Received a call from this number while was talking on other line.
