Getting calls 3-4 times a week

Judging from comments -- and my own experience, this seems to be a dialing program.  A computer program calls your number.  If you pick up, it means you are home and your number kicks into the list to be called by someone asking for money or trying to sell so****ing.  That's why when you pick up the phone and there is no answer, chances are that within 20 minutes you'll get another call from someone asking for money.

I received two calls from this number today.  The first was when I was out and no message was left.The second time there was silence when I answered the phone.  I am on the do not call list.  Are telemarketers exempt?

This number called and when I said*****o there was a dead silence. When I called back they stated they are the SMG Call center. I reported them to the PA Attorney Generals office

Very rude caller; gave me a false number when I asked for the number; *69 gave me this number. Caller represented self as calling for Univ of Pennsylvania, and when pushed hard, said he was working for "Seigel Marketing Group" at 414-271-7000."Seigel Marketing Group" website doesn't connect. The 215 number seemed to go to SMG.I
