Annoying talk about pollutants

This seems to have s****ed several months ago with a very rude caller demanding to know if anyone had diabeties in my house. I had to abrumptly disconnect the call. I mentioned the reoccuring calls to my cell phone customer service rep just in passing. She said, apparently someone is using my land line number in an attempt to connect international calls. The phone rings exactly every seven seconds. The connection is made even if you or voice mail answers. Given this new information, I now block the calls and they have stopped once the intruder cannot connect to a US number. Unfortunately, it may s**** a***n with a NEW (out of area or unavailable) number. Block it each time. This is a short solution but the phone company may not be able to trace the root of the calls. Hopefully, blocking long term with consistency will eventually take our number off their list. This is the course of action that is working for me. Hope it works for you! blessings!

We got several dozen of these calls for Caller ID 215 253 6739.  The phone rings, we pick up, and then there is just tapping.  I went to the Meyer.com Web Site and put in my number to their do not call list but we still got called.  I called their 800 number to complain and while I was on with them, I got a call from 215 253 6739. The person I spoke took my numbers and said that she would make sure they were put into their do not call list. As far as the US & PA “DO NOT CALL LISTS”, they said that they are exempt because their calls are of a Political nature for the Democratic Party. As for the tapping, she said that it is an auto dialer problem, where the dialer gets a connection but there is no one to take the call that the dialer placed.  They need to fix their problem.

Got a call from this number and they **** up.  Anyone know who this is?

This number calls every night.  Caller ID displays "unavailable"I don't answer called from unavailable, but tonight I picked it up.Caller stated she was calling on behalf of the Democratic National Party????I demanded my number be removed from their calling listMy phone number is listed on PA Do Not Call List & National Do Not Call listWe'll see what happens

I get calls from this number every day of the week at all different times. I don't answer when it appears in my caller ID. It comes up as "unknown". Never leaves a message.

they call, no one on line!

The phone rings, 215-253-6739 comes up on caller ID with UNKNOWN NAME.  Phone rings 2-3 times and stops.  Not enough rings for voice mail to answer it.  So I have no idea who this because they don't leave a message.  Sometimes It stops ringing before I can even get to the phone. REAL ANNOYING because they call 3-4 times a day. VERY ANNOYING!!

They call every day and if you pick up there's no one there.Go to www.callmeyer.com and have them remove your number.

Constant calls the past week from this number. We are on the 'Do Not Call' list for a reason. Do not care if political organizations are exempt. There is a reason for people being on the list. Taking time out from a busy day/night to listen to Michelle Obama tell us why we need to vote for her husband does nothing but sway us to vote the other way.
