I received a call on my cell from this number. Didn't answer it because it was not recognized. Called it back, "sorry you have reached a disconnected number." Really? Then how am I receiving calls from this number.

automated call re: mtg refinance .. I don't have a mtg. Duh

I receive at least three calls a day on my caller ID from 215-278-4044. No message is left. I attempted to call the number and the recording stated this was not a working number. I am listed on the Do Not Call list, however, that does not seem to keep these type of people from calling. If it continues, I will block the call.
