they keep calling me too. I thinks its fraud!! I ask for a letter  and still no reply

some guy with a jacked up middle eastern accent called to threaten me in regards to some bill or account i have in collections.Told me to call back or have my attorney call back immediately. Its all bull ****.

I think this is fraud scheme but what concerns me like the above message from Cheryl is that they had some information about us that was little scary. I am contacting my bank first thing tomorrow morning.

I had the same kind of call only he used the name james anderson.

I received a call from a Mark, who left a message on my work number that I need to call back or have my attorney call as soon as possible to address this time sensitive matter.  The person had a strong Indian accent.  My husband and I both called when I got home from work.  They threatened me with a lawsuit from the California Supreme Court for check fraud****ociated with apayday loan.  They had the names of my sister and friend.  They told me the debt was from February 23, 2009.  When my husband said that he was going to contact our bank, this Mark character told me to expect the papers before the end of the week and God help us.  It was obviously an attempt to extort money.

Got a call like this before from a place. Guy with an Indian Accent saying that if I do not call him or my attorney "of record" then good luck as my situation unfolds on me.....
