This is a scam outfit.Report to Atty General's office in PA.

Got a call from Joe from United. He made small talk with me then he said your maintenance guy just placed an order but I can't remember what his name is. I asked him what his name was and he said Joe from United. He tried to get the name of him out of me a***n and I said well hold on please. I went and talked to our guy who is head of our maintenance and he said I don't know who it is but I love to mess with those guys. When I went back to the call he had already ***g up. Nice try JOE!! :o)

Calls himself Matt now.  Same thing with the wife jokes. Tried to sell us 55 gallon trash bags.

Just as above, a man (saying his name was "Joe") called asking for our maintenance guy.  He claimed that our maintenance guy had JUST called him to place an order and asked me "what his name was a***n".  When he got a hold of our purchasing manager he launched into the free gift card/issue me a PO#/we'll re-order your florescent lightbulbs for you spiel that others have mentioned.

Guy called from United Industrial and said name was Joe and kept saying he had free gift card multiple times and offerring his wife as well. Asked for a PO# after asking if we still use flourescent bulbs. I told him we do verbal PO when we know who we are talking to... He kept saying enjoy your gift card??????

Man asked for maintenance. I asked who was calling. He said, "(his name)". I asked what company he was from and he said from United Industrial. I asked do we normally deal with his company?  He said that our maintenance guy had called him to ask the balance of an invoice they had sent. "And by the way, what was our maintenance guy's name?" First, we do not deal with United Industrial, so we do not have any invoices with them.  And second, our "maintenance guy" does not deal with paying the invoices and he would not have called and asked for the invoice amount. The guy lied in order to get through.  I put him on hold. He ***g up.

Guy asked for maintenance - I asked why & he said they had called them for a ballast. But... we don't have a maintenance department!! I kept him on hold several minutes, several times & he ended up ****ing up on me. YES!!
