Same as other comments - unable to understand the voicemail- I called back they asked for my electric bill information and told me they could get me a lower rate. Tried to get my account info... Def a scam

She left a terrible voicemail that I had to listen to multiple times which only left a reference number. Never called back.

Same as everyone that has posted here. The woman left a message but I had to listen to the **** thing about 9 times to understand what she was saying. Surprise charge to my electric account. Oh what fun I had today. Called on an old payphone (yea! Still one in my city). Asked if the number I just called them on is connected with my electric account. Guess what That dumb dude said yes. LOL! **** up

Surprise charge on my electric bill. I have found my entertainment for the day. Been giving this ***** the run around for 10 minutes now. Will keep calling until they disconnect the phone or block my number.

Some kind of recording about a reference number. Seems like the same message others received.

Missed the call on my cell and only heard part of the message - so****ing about having my statement when I return the call and gave me a reference number as well.

Left a message and spoke so fast it was very hard to understand. Sounded like a surprise charge to my electric account and to call back using the reference number they left. Also requested I have a copy of my statement when I return the call.

came across as no caller id and then left a message had to listen to 5 times before I could understand her she said she was calling regarding a surprise charge on my electric account and left a reference number.
