Male caller identified as Michael Lawson called about a vehicle loan with Well's Fargo.  Caller said to the co-signer the loan was in default and the vehicle had been repoed.  Caller had all the accurate information.  Caller threatened to ruin credit if this was not take care of immediately.  Co-signer gave credit card information and later found this to be a scam.

*** Dont trust them, just this morning alone they called like 4 times with 4 different numbers. Last 2 times they called, I told them you just called and I have your number. They were calling for my wife for a legal matter -- BS!!For, one why they have so many telephone numbers when they cant even present themselves as a perfessional company?? Got a call from this guy, asked if alex or alice or so****ing was there.  Didn't sound like a salesperson, more like a guy who got shut down and was given a supposed fake number from this girl, but she gave him mine by coincidence

Caller from this number left a threatening msg about legal action on our (unidentified) answering ma****e, TOTALLY A***NST THE FDCA! They won't even say what company they represent, and just use harassment and fear tactics.

Must be a 2nd or 3rd class bill collector by the way the person acted.
